We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased from our store. Please take the time to review all product details thoroughly before completing your order. 30-day money back guarantee only applies if your product comes damaged.
Refund Eligibility — Customs Destruction
A refund will only be considered if your package is destroyed by customs and you are able to provide supporting documentation.
To be eligible, you must submit:
- An official customs notice or letter confirming the package was destroyed or permanently confiscated
- Your order number
- Any tracking information reflecting the customs outcome
Please note: if customs offers you the option to pay fees, duties, or taxes to release your package and you choose not to, this does not qualify as customs destruction and will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Delays and Holds
Delays, inspections, or temporary holds by customs do not qualify for refunds. International orders can take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs processing times.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, it is not eligible for a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is possible.
